Making a reservation requires just 4 simple steps...
 


1- Find your holiday destination

Find your next holiday destination thanks to our search engine, choose from the 'Destinations' toolbar where you will find our choice of destinations, or click on the interactive map. Access the campsite page you have selected where you will find full details on facilities available (especially water-fun activities), entertainment and the campsite location and its surrounding area.
 


2- Check on availability and book your holiday

On the destination page you have selected, you may check real-time availability. Choose your departure date, the duration of your stay as well as the type of accommodation you wish to rent. If your choice is available, you will be able to proceed directly to the 'Reservation' page by clicking on the 'Book Now' button.
Enter the required information to create your account. Payment will be made by debit card via the PAYBOX secured payment system (100% secure SSL system). You will be asked to pay a 30% deposit at the time of reservation. The remaining amount must be settled 45 days before departure (paid by debit card, cheque, holiday vouchers or Cad'hoc vouchers).
 


3- Immediate order confirmation

As soon as payment of your deposit has been validated, you will receive an email confirming immediate confirmation of your booking. Once you have settled the outstanding amount, no later than 45 days before departure, we will send you a booking voucher to be presented at the campsite upon arrival. At the same time, we will also send a practical guide to the campsite with all the necessary information to help you prepare your holiday.


4- After your holiday...

When you return from your holiday, you will receive a quality evaluation survey where we will ask you to report your observations regarding your recent holiday. In doing so, you will qualify to take part in our annual prize draw for a chance to win a week's holiday (outside of the July/August period).
