We undertake to do our very best to ensure we give you an excellent, pleasant and value-for-money service...
In order to achieve this, we carry out a quality control survey every year with customers who purchased a Vacances Krusoë holiday. You will receive this questionnaire once you have returned home. Responses are constantly analysed to help us fulfil your expectations at all times.
Over and above a simple quality assessment, these surveys allow us to implement ways in which to correct any failures, thereby ensuring we satisfy your needs and also maintain a high-quality standard of services.
If you agree to communicate to us your level of satisfaction regarding your holiday, you will automatically qualify to participate in our annual prize draw for a chance to win a week's holiday in a mobile home (outside of the July/August period).

Despite our best efforts, in the event your holiday did not meet your expectations, our Quality Department is there to assist you. We promise to answer your letters within a period of 30 days. Therefore, any complaints should be sent by post, no later than 30 days after the end of your holiday, to the following address :
