From now on, should you cancel your holiday up to two weeks before your planned date of arrival, you will only be charged a 25-euro handling fee.

O'Hara Vacances/Vacances Krusoë has just forged a partnership with MONDIAL ASSISTANCE.
to provide you with cancellation insurance and vacation interruption protection.
We strongly advise you to sign up for this insurance in case you need to cancel your reservation for any of the reasons listed bellow. You will be reimbursed for the cancellation fees (not including taxes, booking fees, and insurance premium).
Price is per stay per mobile home: 15 €
CANCELLATION FEES - Based on the conditions of the cancellation fee table (Maximum 6,100 €/ person and 30,500 € per event)
Exemption per file: 30 €
VACATION INTERRUPTION FEES - Refund pro rata of unused ground services in case of early return.
GROUNDS FOR CANCELLATION GUARANTEE:
* Illness, injury, death of the insured, a member of his family, professional replacement of the person responsible for child care, a person usually living under his roof, (including relapse or aggravation a previous state).
* Complications of pregnancy
* Convening administrative summons to exame
* Calling for the adoption of a child
* Removal or modification of paid leave (25% deductible)
* Deployment Professional
* Redundancy
* Getting a job or internship for those registered with the ANPE
* Serious damage to your home, your local professional
* Serious damage to the vehicle within 72 hours before departure and to the extent that it can be used to go to a place to stay
* Cancellation for cause guaranteed a person listed on the lease.

* In case of early return following the death of an ascendant, descendant, brother or sister

This summary of guarantees has no contractual value. The general conditions governing these assurances will be submitted with the travel documents.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?
Drug addiction, alcoholism and their consequences - mental illness, mental or nervous that do not require hospitalization than 7 days - Your intentional acts - accidents resulting from participation in a business at any sport or competition as well as preparatory training - Accidents resulting from practice as an amateur and at all levels of the following sports: motorsports (car, motorcycle, any motor vehicle), air sports - epidemics, pollution, natural disasters covered by the law 82600 of 13/07/82.
- The civil war or foreign, riots, civil commotion, acts of terrorism - Any effect of the source of radioactivity.
Insurance premiums are not refundable.
